Before we can process your application we need to receive the following documents from you.

1) A recent picture.
2) $30 application fee. (Check or Money Order made out to "The Dream Center")
3) Your personal testimony (200 words minimum)
4) 2 letters of reference. 1 must be from your Senior or Youth Pastor.
